As an office admin, you will be given the tools to deliver best in class service for our customers.
Our team provides lawn weed control and fertilizer applications along with pest and termite control to residential, commercial and municipal customers.
We are seeking an organized individual to help our growing staff.
The primary duties include:
Daily entry of production records Payments processing and posting Monitor inbox for inbound leads and customer contacts Entry of new sales in CRM software along with verification of payment Assist sales staff as needed to meet customer needs Answer inbound phone calls and emails and direct them to appropriate person Must become proficient in our software platform and company procedures Requires experience in a fast paced office setting, and proficiency in Word and Excel.
