Olive Branch, MS Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Maintain positive customer relationships Create business contacts for company growth Mail letters to customers to encourage payment of delinquent accounts.
Confers with customers both in person and by telephone in attempt to determine reason for overdue payment, reviewing terms of contract with customer.
Contacts delinquent account customers in person.
Record and communicate information about status of collection efforts.
Sorts and files correspondence.
Receives payments and posts amount paid to customer account.
Desired Skills Computer Microsoft Office Word/Excel Problem Solving Communications both written and oral Customer Service - Manages difficult or emotional customer situations.
Cash Handling Organizational Teamwork - Balances team and individual responsibilitiesCompetencies Ethics - Treats people with respect; keeps commitments; works with integrity and principles.
Follows policies and procedures.
Dresses appropriately for position.
Attendance/Punctuality - Is consistently at work and on time; ensures work is covered when absent; arrives at meetings and appointments on time.

Must have a valid drivers license, dependable transportation, and be able to pass a background screening, including driving record.
