Olive Branch, MS Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Maintain positive customer relationships Create business contacts for company growth Mail letters to customers to encourage payment of delinquent accounts.
Confers with customers both in person and by telephone in attempt to determine reason for overdue payment, reviewing terms of contract with customer.
Contacts delinquent account customers in person.
Record and communicate information about status of collection efforts.
Sorts and files correspondence.
Receives payments and posts amount paid to customer account.
