Summary:
Monitors and maintains monthly spending budgets for maintenance, assists management team with capital spending projects.
Performs preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems (e.
g.
, mechanical, electrical) with and without maintenance technicians.
Troubleshoots and diagnoses equipment problems, performs equipment failure analyses (including preventive and unscheduled maintenance) and evaluates and recommends equipment improvements to improve availability, capability, and yield.
Prepares technical reports to document equipment modifications and equipment maintenance procedures.

Responsible for Day-to-Day Maintenance and PlanningMaintain strong engagement with operational team to drive towards production and safety goals.
Engage with operational team consistently, coordinating with respect to Preventative Maintenance Plan and mechanical interruptions.
Maintenance and Planning with management teamCoordinate with Management & Operations to ensure that the facility is stocked with proper inventory of operational and maintenance resources (motors, pumps, tools, etc.
) Maintain accurate and consistent spare parts inventory tracking.
Aid management in site training & staffing Strategic PlanningAssist in planning & execution of production shutdowns.
Assist in development of capital investing and adhering to 5-Year Plan Program Compliance/Safety Leadership Align with and assist in driving compliance with EHS, Human Resources & Business Unit policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Ensure safe and sanitary atmosphere and document.
Enforce site ISM Program based on corporate guidelines.
Drive strong alignment with Delek's Core Values Participate in and lead daily meetings with staff focused on safety & daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
Complete safety and security training.
Participate and engage in PHA's and ISM audits.
Required Qualifications - Education, Skills &
Experience:
- At least 5 years of related experience.
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Basic electrical experience and PLC operational knowledge.
- Familiar with Excel spreadsheet usage.
- Basic equipment operation experience, such as forklifts, manlifts, extension lifts, etc.
Preferred Qualifications - Education, Skills &
Experience:
- 5 years maintenance experience as supervisor or craftsperson or degree in equivalent engineering discipline.
- Proficient electrical experience and PLC operational knowledge.
- Proficient with Excel spreadsheet builds and usage.
- Maintenance experience in refinery and/or petrochemical facility.
